「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「The hotel stay was exceptional from start to finish. The room was brilliant—spotlessly clean, comfortable, fairly big, and perfectly positioned with a lovely view overlooking the pool. Its closeness to the beach made everything even better, creating an ideal setting for relaxation. What truly elevated the experience was the staff. They were attentive, kind, understanding, and consistently went above and beyond. Anything you needed within reason was met with a warm smile and genuine...
