「It was amazing!」

「The property itself was very clean. The room was very spacious.. I would say out of all the staff there were only two that were happy to be working. Our first day we got there we went to the bar and it was only like 4 o’clock and we were ordering food and the guy was like well. You can only order food to 630. OK it was 430. Acted like they couldn’t be bothered. The food choices for dinner were horrible. We were told that the one sushi restaurant was closed because it was their quiet season...

「I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.」

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「I got good value for what I paid but on site parking is really street side parking. Credit card machine was not working so I had to get cash from an ATM to pay. Owner is willing to assist. What you see in the pics is what you get. 」
