“Really enjoyed the location of the property. We did couple of day trips which we ok. Golf was good at the squirrel, Providence town was average and the high-line to Nantucket proved to be rather costly when we got there. All in all it was a good trip.”

“The house is almost nice but has some serious problems that caused the stay to be mediocre. The supplies and house set up was nice. If the problems are fixed it would be a great place. Awesome back yard too. Issues: Major smell of cat pee. Unsure where it came from but it was quite strong. Upstairs AC vents were not working which made downstairs very cold when using the AC Upstairs shower had to be held otherwise it would only spray wall. Washing machine didn't work. If the host fixes these……

“We loved this house and location. It was just perfect for our 3-day stay on the Cape. The house was perfectly clean with great linens and towels, and stocked kitchen. Right across the street is the most awesome little neighborhood market, with pizza oven, fresh breads, deli, pastries, and wine. A 2-min walk away is a 16-mile rail trail that was great for morning walks. The only disappointment was a charcoal grill instead of a small gas grill. We had in mind to grill one night but it was……

“Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it. ……
