"This is a beautiful hotel, very modern. The property is nice but is a work in progress. Staff was great. Be advise that this property is located on the Northside of Caye Caulker. Which is nice if you like quiet and tranquility. If you want to be amongst the people,they will provide a complimentary ferry to the Southside of the island. We enjoyed our stay."

"The room is in a perfect location. It is in front of the Sip n Dip and the Split. Location is perfect. It ’s not loud and beautiful view of sunrise. Room is smaller than expected but it worked for a party of 3 adults. The pool was out due to an unexpected situation but the front desk manager offered us pool access to sister hotel. So no problem and also offered a complementary taxi ride to water taxi terminal when leaving. We appreciated that. We rented a golf cart (must) and easy to park outside the condo."

"My family (wife and 3 kids), my mom, and two family friends joined us for a week. We had a fantastic time. The house is by no means perfect (its older, a sink started to leak and had to be fixed, doors can be very tight), but the value you get is fantastic, it was clean, the AC was COLD, and you will not find better caretakers than Kodi and Shane (an eariler review mentions that Kodi came back recently due to issues with the prior caretakers). Will, the owner, put me in contact with Kodi a couple of weeks out, and Kodi arranged for us to be picked up at the ferry and shuttled over to the house. Once there, he and Shane went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We treated them like family, and they did the same for us. Transportation, ideas, cracking coconuts with the kids...they were just plain great. Our primary complaint was the sargassum, which was stacked up on the beach and 40 feet into the surf (so annoying and stinky, but not something the house can control any more than the weather). But the sargassum was everywhere on the eastern face of the island, so Kodi got us transportation to Bliss beach (western face), which is awesome. We did several excursions, and the captains picked us up right at the dock. It is a short walk to three excellent restaurants. I would recommend bringing ground coffee if you partake, as it was hard to find decent stuff on the island."

Birdhouses Hummingbird is a very unique place in the sunset side of the island.

"We couldn't fault our stay at Hummingbird house, waking up to the view of the sea and sound of the mangroves every morning was priceless! The house was tidy, bed super comfy and Lucrecia and Louis are super hosts! We highly recommend making use of the free bikes to beat the heat and get around the island"

They are very attentive to your needs, transport you to local eateries, and help you with anything you need. I have been staying with these properties on the south side and north side. You will not be disappointed."
