"Pool was cold and dirty. Ants in our room. Staff were rude. Breakfast was cold. Shower head was broken. Pillows were hard. Linens/towels didn’t smell clean. Couldn’t get back in to hotel from dog area, card reader was broke. All garbages were full and overflowing. Room door handle was broke. Shower floor was slippery with no texture. All the windows in the hotel permanently fogged and murky. This was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at."
