“Everything was perfect from the staff, pool and the meals!!”

“I arrived at the front desk of the hotel I booked. There was a broadcast but no one was there to greet me. I had been waiting for a long time but no one was there to check me in.”

“Arrived at noon. The coffee shop was closed. The lobby was packed. Had to wait three hours for room and there were no comfortable chairs or sofas to use while waiting. Only had a cafeteria area with hard cheap chairs. Def not what I’m used to.”

“They did not clean rooms for a 2 night stay or give fresh towels. ”

“Staff was super rude as a frequent traveler we abide by all rules and signs posted when there is no rules or signs posted you treat your guest like trash for not knowing the rules that you never explained in any way.. worst vacation EVER . STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! ”

“The problem was that we booked because of the ability to park our car while we fly on vacation. They told us when we got there that they did not have a shuttle driver till after noon. Not to worry that if we take an uber they would reimburse us. ( they did not). Then when we got back from vacation and called to have the shuttle pick us up. I was told take an uber and they would reimburse us when we got to the hotel. ( they did not). I was told on the phone that their shuttle was supposed……

“I was in total shock upon arrival. I thought they was closed, and had to ask the counter person if they was. This hotel shouldn't be listed on this site at all right now. They shouldn't even be open. They are remodeling the entire building with work on all floors, inside & out. If I wasn't stuck without a choice for another hotel, I wouldn't have stayed, but everything around was booked up and it was late. Room was dirty, entry cards stopped working, and the noise was constant. There was no……

“The room needed extra bedding for the couch pullout bed but overall, nice clean room. The pool is under construction so cannot be used. The complimentary breakfast was a good variety of food and drinks. The parking is $10, not the $5 Expedia states. I would visit again when the pool construction is completed. ”
