Located in The Villages of Waters Edge near the new Eastport center. Enjoy what this 2-bedroom open floor plan villa has to offer. With 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, guests can relax in this terrific and serene space. The villa includes amenities like 4 person golf cart, WiFi, 3 Roku TV’s, a washing machine and dryer, grill, and AC for an enjoyable stay. Two bathrooms with a shower and tub, starter supplies, and a hairdryer provide convenience.
We are less than a mile away from the new Eastport Center opening Fall 2025 which provides numerous dining, shopping and nightly entertainment options. Olympic Recreation Center will feature indoor pool, pickleball, volleyball and basketball. Outdoor area will feature softball, pickleball, sports pool, tennis courts and sand volleyball. Three pools and the Saluki recreation center (crafts,Yoga, indoor /outdoor games, and exercise equipment) are minutes away. Middleton and Sawgrass centers are a 10 minute golf cart ride offering additional dinning, shopping and nightly entertainment options. And though a bit further, Brownwood Paddock Square is only a 15 minute car ride or 25 minute golf cart ride.
Waters Edge features the Shallow Creek Championship Golf Course, 18 Hole Southern Oaks Championship Course, Live Oaks, Loblolly, Longleaf, and Lowlands Executive golf courses. A $50 fee grants access throughout your stay.

The host was very quick to communicate w/us, making sure our stay was going well. The location is quiet, and the golf cart came in handy for quick trips to Eastport Town Center.
