“This was truly a wonderful experience. We are at both restaurants and the food was fantastic the staff were great and the building was clean and welcoming. Our only complaint was the mattress wasn’t comfortable to sleep on. The linens and pillows were very nice quality however the actual bed was squeaky and uncomfortable.”

“Clean, friendly property centrally located between the beach and downtown Hyannis. They have a convenient beach shuttle that runs every hour on the hour which saves you from paying $30 an hour to park at the beach daily. I cannot say good enough things about this property and thoroughly enjoyed our day. We will be returning next year..”

“Beds very comfortable. Room was dark, carpet is old and had a musty smell. Needs renovating, especially since the amount charged was extremely high for the condition of the room.”

“This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money.”
