“This space is an absolute delight! The location is truly perfect 8 miles from my favorite hike in Snow Canyon, walking distance to the grocery store and Main Street! It’s right in the heart of where you want to be.. but the environment of the stay feels like your own little oasis! So much character and love has gone into the property, highly recommend!! I stayed with just me and my dog.. could not be more satisfied with the accommodations!”

“The room and bath was clean and was well stocked with towels. The bed was a Murphy bed and was very comfortable. Air conditioning and TV worked well. Instructions provided were clear and understandable. The only issue was that there were a number of fairly steep steps to the front porch and we had to park our car right next to some nut trees and then walk across a lawn and up the steps to access the room. We enjoyed our stay though and would like to book it on another trip to the area.”

“This place was clean and sparsely furnished though adequate for cooking/hanging out. The bed frames were rickety/squeaky and one bedroom didn't have bedside lamps. The freezer didn't work. I contacted management and they responded immediately that they would fix it so I hope they did. 9 people in 3 different families meant one person slept on the couch, which was comfortable and there were extra sheets/blankets to make this into a bed. There is no street parking. We were able to fit one SUV in……

“We loved staying at this property. It was a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The listing says 1 bathroom, but there are 2 1/2 bathrooms, which was a nice surprise.”

“Great place overall. The main windows let in a lot of sunlight during the day, the internet connection was great, it stayed quiet almost 24/7, has good insulation (didn't need to even turn the AC on most of the time), has a hot-pot and microwave with cookware/dishware - so you can cook pretty much anything you'd need, there's lots of hot water, fresh air in the neighborhood 98% of the time, the big bed is super comfortable, and you can't hear traffic noise. I just had a few issues I noticed……

“The property looks good on the web site,but there is no maintenance, outside is in disrepair, all outside light fixtures are outdated and in awful condition, pool area needs attention, pool chairs were broken,pool deck concrete cracked and in need of repair, front of office water feature not working, parking garages dark and dirty,again,old and outdated light fixtures, talked to a manager,who said she just started 2 weeks ago,brought some of these problems to her attention, she was awesome, she……

“Stayed 4 nights for Spring Break. Quick access to trail heads and a short drive down St George. The donkeys and other animals on the property made the experience memorable. Sharry was very kind and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed.”

“The hosts are absolutely amazing and have what can only be described as a perfect rental home. The house is just out of St George enough to be nice and quiet while close enough to get into town for whatever you could need. The house was well equipped for us to cook meals as a family and was extremely comfortable. Anytime we are back in St George area we will definitely be back at their rental. Thank you for an amazing stay.”
