“Had a great stay here. I've been here before and after the renovations and it feels nicer and more energetic after the remodel. Having access to the amenities of the club is great as I got to swim and work out. One thing to note is there's a $40+ a day resort fee so if you aren't inclined to use the club's amenities it may not be worth staying here. I'll be back and love that I can have some time to exercise and use the club while on a work trip.”

“Spectacular hotel, beautiful room, great service. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. Clean lines, consistent themes. The staff were amazing (Jeremy, and the pool host from Illinois, Stephen who worked Saturday evening in the lobby). Housekeeping staff were all friendly and struck up conversations. It was just a great experience. I hope to come back!”

“I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Sunset Marquis! We stayed for a night following a nearby concert and once we arrived I knew we should have booked a longer stay. The check in staff was exceptional. They were friendly, kind, funny, and even offered us drink vouchers for the bar. They educated us on the property and asked about our interests, they then recommended different areas for us to check out within the property based on our answers. "We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
