“Overall the property we stayed at was 5 star for the price point per night, kitchen is not equipped to cook, dishes are minimal and the kitchen was “used”. The backyard while they allowed pets was unkept and when it rained became gross and soggy. I needed the backyard for my pets and they didn’t want to walk through the standing water. Egg rock or something back there needs to be done. You are paying for what you get, it sufficed for the time but improvements need to be made. We stayed for 2……

“I sincerely appreciated my stay. Location is excellent as I am not fond of too many turns to get from point A to point B and this property was ideal for everywhere I needed to get to and was, pretty much, a straight shot to everywhere I needed to go. Communication with the property Manager was on-point and immediate. The property was FULLY stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, fridge, dish towels, everything! The temperature control was easy to manipulate and kept me comfortable. The……

“Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to all of the activities in town, so no struggle finding parking. Could even walk to church. Host was very considerate.”

However…..There are a bunch of little things that detract from the experience of the stay:* No chest of drawers. * Scuffed walls and baseboards that need paint * A VERY RUSTY shower curtain (C’monnnnn…!)* Used dry cleaner hangars* Towels that have seen better days* A COMPLETELY FILTHY mattress cover!I think all this can be achieved for /- 500. “Do not fall for this. It’s a dangerous high crime area. These people would not help me after I told them we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this home. Furthermore, they started ignoring me after I had tried to explain I needed to try to get a refund. I honestly do not trust vRBO any longer because they allowed this place on their listing. And side note, we never stayed in this house, we found another place to stay. They have 2 pending deposits and I really hope that they fall off because if……

“The location was good, bedroom and TV room shown in the were accurate. But, kitchen and bathroom were night mares. The sink in the bath barely worked with only a trickle aan”

“This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. We work with the local military base and were there for work but this place is beyond anything i have ever seen. If i could post pictures i would.”
