Arrowwood Resort Hotel and Conference Center - Alexandria, MN

"Arrowwood is always a clean, comfortable place to stay, and close to a number of things to do. Minor issues were the whirlpool was not working well, and the poolside bar was out of a number of items, as was the chophouse restaurant. Seems someone dropped the ball with supply ordering and maintenance"

"Not even close to how place was presented on Expedia. Garbage piled up at entrances no security at door entrance. Unit described as grand suite and as 2 separate hotel rooms with connecting door. Small fridge that barely closed and stove top that did not work. Light did not work nor did remote for tv. Asked for help and was referred to support staff who said “ stove would not be in there if did not work.” Later she finally came to room and could not get to work either. DO NOT BOOK UNKESS YOU WANT TO STAY IN PIT and ONLY PAY 50$"

"This is not the country inn and suites that you think you know. The outside looks like a 1980’s office building. No porch. No welcome and inviting lobby. Staff was nice enough but not hospitable in that warm welcome. Better options available and nothing special to say pick this property."

"When I first checked in I had to wait for a staff member to show up at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet constantly ran. Reported it to the front desk it was never rectified. There was blood stains on one of the bath towels. I mentioned it to housekeeping but when she brought different towels there were several black stains. I would have left but I was from our of state attending a wedding for a close relative and no other lodging was available close by."

"Staff was excellent, check in was smooth, helped with many things when I approached them at the front desk. Housekeeping was awesome, not intrusive, came by to drop off things we needed. The Legends staff was excellent as well. Overall enjoyed our room and stay here for tournament weekend."
