“good hotel to recommend for stay in Mumbai”

“Conveniently located in the business district. Check in was a breeze with friendly and efficient staffs Unfortunately our first night was a Saturday night and the room next to us was extremely noisy; loud music…, etc.; throughout the night till morning. We made a complaint in the early hours of the morning and at the Reception Rohan was very helpful and obliging by switching us to another room for the remaining of our stay. Thank you so much Rohan. “All staff are friendly, helped me upgrade to sea view room, wide breakfast selection which I needn’t stand up for the buffet, cause the staffs would fetch for you. They’re very thorough about guest privileges such as free sauna and gym classes. It was definitely a wonderful experience, except my pillow case had black marks one night of my staying.”

“My flight arrived very late, it was almost midnight when I arrived at the hotel. the front desk staff is very friendly. Checked me in very quickly. The room was incredibly clean and classy. The bed has a sun-kissed feel and is very warm and comfortable. This is definitely the most comfortable and cleanest hotel and room I have ever stayed in in India.”

“As mentioned by others the hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptional. The rooms were of good size, beds were comfortable and Ac was working well. As this was our first stay, we got complimentary airport pickup, they were very kind to give us fresh fruits , biscuits and the soft drinks in the mini fridge were also complimentary.. there were lots of free water bottles and all this was much appreciated. “The property is beautiful clean but nothing around it for you to go out to eat but Uber readily available. I wrote several emails to the hotel but got no response as we staying to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary no effort was made by the hotel. Check staff did not advise us about breakfast hours or any other information. You had to search on your TV in your room about the hotel. Overall the stay was very nice and would recommend to others. ”
