“My flight arrived very late, it was almost midnight when I arrived at the hotel. the front desk staff is very friendly. Checked me in very quickly. The room was incredibly clean and classy. The bed has a sun-kissed feel and is very warm and comfortable. This is definitely the most comfortable and cleanest hotel and room I have ever stayed in in India.”

Check in was a breeze with friendly and efficient staffs Unfortunately our first night was a Saturday night and the room next to us was extremely noisy; loud music…, etc.; throughout the night till morning. We made a complaint in the early hours of the morning and at the Reception Rohan was very helpful and obliging by switching us to another room for the remaining of our stay. Thank you so much Rohan. They’re very thorough about guest privileges such as free sauna and gym classes. It was definitely a wonderful experience, except my pillow case had black marks one night of my staying.”

“Old but goody, for the CP ratio I would say it's worthy. Very close to the railway station ville pills? Could even go there by foot. Very convenient for transit traveler if you don't have enough time to stay in Mumbai.”

“We had a great stay at this Hotel, from the lovely clean room to the amazing bar staff where nothing was too much trouble. There were a couple of things that let it down, the reception staff who dealt with us on arrival was not very friendly, the air conditioning in the public areas made it quite cold and the cost of a taxi for a 2 minute trip to the airport was triple the cost of getting one off the street but otherwise had a great stay and will definitely stay there again! ”

“The property is beautiful clean but nothing around it for you to go out to eat but Uber readily available. I wrote several emails to the hotel but got no response as we staying to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary no effort was made by the hotel. Check staff did not advise us about breakfast hours or any other information. You had to search on your TV in your room about the hotel. Overall the stay was very nice and would recommend to others. ”
