「The location was off the beaten path and in the woods. Quiet cozy room ( no TV ) price was more than reasonable considering what hotels on the Conway strip cost. Free breakfast was simple, apples,oranges, muffins, pastries, coffee, tea. Stayed for Fryburg Fair.20 minutes away. Hot water in the morning was an issue as it was only lukewarm both shower and sink . Wall heater in bathroom didn’t work but wasn’t needed ( 35 degrees outside). Electric heat worked . These issues I’ve had in major Hotels...

「I cannot say enough great things about this Bed & Breakfast. On our ten day trip through RI, MA, VT, NH and ME this place was by far our FAVORITE! The house is so convenient to town and easy to park and just leave your car for the rest of your stay. Our only regret was we didn’t stay longer! Beautiful room, amazing bathroom, agree living room with fireplace and the breakfast is DELICIOUS!!! Can’t wait to go back!」

「The Follansbee had great history and the architecture was stunning. The beds and pillows could definitely use an upgrade. Our beds were hard and pillows were flat. We weren’t crazy about the breakfast but the next person may think it was great, that’s very subjective. The grounds, the lake, the church, I give all of that an excellent!
