“While we didn't think this would be like a room at the Holiday Inn, we weren't prepared for the cute little room we got. The rooms are what used to be a RR station and have been upfitted with enough modern conveniences that you won't be disappointed - surprised, but not disappointed. Our room (and I assume the others are like this) was filled with gadgets, devices, and appliances that were vintage for the time the RR was operating and stopped there (think early 1900's). “This was a slightly different stay, as you check in like you would a hotel room, but very easy. We did not have a chance to use the amenities but there is a pool, restaurant, etc. The condo/unit was excellent, had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Great view of the water! Nice balcony. I would only recommend that they have more blankets and pillows available. Note that there are no spices, oil, etc in the kitchen so if you are planning to cook, bring those with you, but it was well stocked……
