“I don’t usually write reviews but we were very disappointed in the way business ran here last night- I had booked a room here through Expedia over 2 months in advance. Still have the confirmation. We were in Hershey for a day at the park/ concert and intended on crashing here afterwards so we didn’t have to drive all the way home. When we arrived I gave my name, and the man started off by saying there was just no reservation under that name. I pulled out my confirmation, and magically he was……

“The building is old but well maintained.”

“Clean room. Most of the staff was friendly. I had to ask to have housekeeping do my room. Only done 1 time in 5 days.”

“Dirty and stained room. Smelled like mold”

“I paid an extra $9 for free breakfast, but then there was no breakfast accept for coffee”

“This was the worst-maintained property I've ever stayed at, yet it was ridiculously expensive for a motel, twice what I usually pay.”
