“Perfect location to stay and walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. 4 minutes to the hwy, and easy to get around the area. Our purpose for the stay was the close proximity to several of the snow ski areas (Hyland Hills, Buck Hill, and Afton Alps). The place had all the kitchen accessories that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay”

“We had a great weekend in MSP at this location. Hunter was a great host. Very easy, convenient location to shopping and downtown access. Quiet neighborhood, didn't even realize there was a dog next door except we saw his cute face in the window as we came and went. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a very good experience with this rental. Parking was easy. Great well stocked kitchen for those who love to cook and we do a lot of cooking. Neighborhood offers a lot of shopping, restaurants and other things to see. Everything is easily walkable with the skyway entrance just 2 1/2 blocks away. Communication with the hosts was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended this space for a longer stay.”

“I rented this for a month in February. David was helpful and responsive as a host. He lives on the main level below this upstairs apartment. I found the furnishings to be cozy and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. I loved that there were live plants in the unit. Access was simple with a digital code. There is a laundry room in the basement of the house. I was pleased with my stay but felt there were just a few issues to note. I felt this unit was vacant for a while due to bugs, debris,……

“great facility! very clean. Being old folks maybe we werent as hip to accessing the property as others might be. So a bit more specific info on access and door locks would have been helpful. There also was an issue on day 1 accessing the parking garage, but management eventually fixed it. Loved the interior design and use of space.”

“I requested a place with a balcony, but this apartment didn't. I do love the decor and furniture choices! Super cute place, but the curtain was broken and many scuffs on the walls from past guests. I liked the whole key fob entrance including parking! I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Starting with the good. It is very close to several bars and shops. Communication with the manager was efficient. Kitchen was clean and was provided 2 bottled flavored waters and some chips upon arrival. TV and internet worked. Parking was easy to get in and out. The garden area was nice where the grills were. Everyone seemed really friendly. We didn’t feel unsafe. Now for the bad. As soon as you walk into the apartment complex, the whole place smells of urine and the carpet is black instead of……

“The room was smaller than I expected but was clean and modern and had everything I needed. The staff were helpful when I had questions. ”
