“Amazing stay! ”

“I loved the location of this hotel, as it is so close to the art museums. If you have a car, parking can be a pain; but there are some outdoor lots you can arrange with for your car fairly close to the hotel. You can load/unload your car right in front of the hotel, which is helpful. If on check out day, you want to do some more touring, the front desk will hold onto your luggage, which is nice. The hotel is "boutique", but no frills -- which suited me just fine. There is no bar, e.g. The……

“First time booking here sosuite at the onyx the apartment was nice and clean when I got there checking was a breeze walkable to places good amenities like washing machine combo in the bathroom and there was a kitchen and a full size fridge tv too they had rooftop forget to check the rooftop. all in all my stay was great I couldn't pick a better place to stay in would definitely go back here on my next stay in Philly.”

“We stayed on the 9th floor for a dance convention weekend. First night we didn’t have hot water for a shower and we noticed a few bugs in the room (thought maybe it was from food delivery??). Morning of check out, I found a small roach on our sink while packing up. Sink didn’t drain properly either. I did disclose this at time of check out. If we stayed longer I would 100% changed rooms. Stayed here previously without issues so this was surprising. ”

“Good location is the key, the hotel restaurant is also great, as well as the indoor swimming pool”

“The area around the place did not feel safe. There was very sketchy people hanging out in front of entrance. Parking was horrible. If you have a large vehicle it was almost impossible to park. The place itself was nice. Only one TV for three bedrooms. ”

“The room I reserved was described as 1 King, 1 Queen. The room I was given was 2 Queens. I brought this up to the staff on duty (Mark) who tried to find a room that matched my reservation. There was none. Mark said he would message his manager to request a refund for the difference in price between a deluxe 2 bedroom (that I reserved) and a standard (that they gave me). All the hotel offered was a $20 refund. The manager waited until my family checked out and left before attempting to reach out……
