“I took my daughter for a mother-daughter trip prior to her heading off to college, and this was the perfect spot! Close to everything we wanted to do in Charleston, including King Street. Our host thought of everything, including local treats and tips for places to eat/drink in the area. The bed was comfy, the shower fantastic, and the kitchen had everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommend!! We’ll be back!”

“We enjoyed our stay last summer at the Cottage and decided to stay here again this year. It was very clean upon arrival and had a wonderful scent in the air that lasted all week. Comfortable bed, clean and good quality bed linens. Lots of pillow options depending on your comfort level. Couch is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. It is the perfect size for what we need and a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. We plan to return again next year! ”

“When we walked in the unit, it had a faint smell of bleach and we knew right away that the unit had been thoroughly cleaned. In other rentals that we’ve gotten through realtors we have had to clean it ourselves before settling in. The beds were comfortable, the layout was perfect. There was a short walk to the beach. BTW, it was one of the cleanest beaches I have ever been to. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked. The community was quiet and we loved the deck and porch……

It was so quiet we found ourselves staying at the house for the entirety of the trip! “We've been coming to IOP for 6 years now and 5th stay with Marilyn! This house is perfect for us. The first year we stayed downstairs and then the other years we've stayed upstairs with our daughter. The location is so perfect, easy walk to the beach, quick drive to Sullivan's and Charleston. As soon as you walk in, it smells so clean from the fridge to the bedsheets! We found a bug or two but that's expected in the humid, June/July IOP climate!
