If you want to stay in the upper King Street area of Charleston, this place is a great option. My wife and I spent two great days here with another couple in early January. The apartment is set up with two bedrooms on either side of the unit. One with a king and the other with a queen, both comfortable. There is only one bathroom, but it is large and set up very nicely. The kitchen is large enough for two people to work comfortably, and it has a bartop counter facing the living room. Because of the designer furniture, I'm guessing the owner must be an interior decorator. It truly is a beautiful place. You will read other reviews about how loud it is at night, and in the morning on this part of King St - and they are true. However, the owner of this unit does provide white noise sound machines in both bedrooms, so I don't know what more they could do. If you want to be close to the action be prepared for it. For me, I like to travel with a small Bluetooth speaker and play my own sleep sounds. FYI - no one in our group complained about the noise. Immediately outside the front door is a large community deck. We got lucky and had a great sunny afternoon, so we enjoyed the late afternoon in our own space and saved a few dollars. We live close to Charleston, so we get to spend a lot of time there and normally, we like to find a rooftop bar and enjoy the fresh ocean air. So having a rooftop deck was a real treat. Lastly, they offer a parking pass for a nearby garage
