“Host was very responsive. Easy check in and check out. Very nice house,our favorite part was the pool area. We discovered the house has beach chairs, toys, wagon,and umbrella in the garage. Beach towels provided, very helpful. Quiet neighborhood and very close to the beaches. There is a Publix about 3 miles away. Definitely worth the price and location.”

“This property was new, clean and full of amenities! I highly recommend staying here. Short walk to the beach, with access about 3 blocks away. Kayaks and bikes available for use. Close to the main shopping and eating area of Englewood Beach. Great property, and great communication.”

“I can’t say enough about this charming house! We felt like we were staying at our favorite Aunt’s Beach Cottage. It’s literally steps from the beach, which I might add, is gorgeous! The house was stocked with everything we needed, was incredibly comfortable and was so cute inside. The street is so quiet, the entire island is like old Florida. The hosts were amazing. We will 100% be back!!”

“Clean rooms ”

“Efficiency NOT ON THE BEACH SIDE as I was told. It sits on the bay side, so you do have to walk across Gulf Blvd. and down another side street to get to the beach. Efficiency itself was not bad, but smaller than it looks in the photo. There is a tiny kitchen with all utensils, a small bathroom and living room with a large bed. There is also a tiny pool but I did not use it. They expect you to strip your bed and take out your garbage before you leave as well. Definitely not big enough for……

“The property was just as described. Had everything we needed that we might of forgotten to bring. Steps away from the dock which was convenient with having a boat. Short walk to the beach. There is a place outside to rinse off all your sand. John was easy to get in touch with and very nice. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!! We love LGI!”

“Absolutely amazing! Our host arrived at the dock to greet us and helped haul all our bags to the house—above and beyond our expectations! She was fabulous! The place was beautiful and well-appointed. What a great place! We thoroughly enjoyed the home and its beautiful views as well as the beach that we pretty much had to ourselves. In the midst of spring break, it felt like we had a private beach. We enjoyed walking along and collecting shells, reading on the little deck or under the sun shade,……

“A perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Bring your boat or take the water taxi and leave everything behind. We had an amazing time on our week long trip. Combing the beaches on secluded islands to just relaxing on the screened in porch in total silence. The beach house had everything we needed and was very hidden away from our neighbors. Adding the golf cart was awesome too as we discovered other parts of the island to see the beach and sunsets nightly. We would definitely……

“The property was clean. It is a very old building with no plugs in the bedrooms and extension cords to the bathroom and living room TV. The bathroom was off the living room via a laundry room. Transition to rooms was uneven. No bureaus for clothes and no closet space except in the laundry room. The kitchen had been update.The property is between two commercial businesses and abuts 776.Not up to our standards, but I blame myself for not asking questions more questions.”
