"Clean, comfortable room with the window at the back overlooking woods, instead of at front overlooking a parking lot."

"The woman at the front desk was lovely and accommodating. The pool and hot tub area is clean and full of fresh towels. The room was clean and well laid out. The breakfast was your classic hotel breakfast and the staff was busy making sure that all food was stocked and the trash was taken out promptly. Perfect for a one night stay with a kiddo. "

"Don’t stay here. I repeat. Do not stay here. We walked in to a vacant lobby. Our room was across from the pool, which was still and dirty. I asked for another room, on the second floor. The woman at the front desk accommodated us, as there was no one there. We lugged our stuff to the second floor, which ended up being on the farthest end of the building. It gave us a much better look at the property. Our room had no heat and had a perfect view of the dock that was underwater. We packed our things and booked another hotel in the area. The woman at the front desk understood and was nothing but kind. This place has completely given up and should shut its doors. There was one other person in the hotel, who looked like he may have been “maintenance.” It seemed as though he lived there and when we walked by his room, he came out and was on his phone, looking like he was taking pictures. I can not emphasize how bizarre this whole experience is. I was in a rush and didn’t read the reviews. Don’t make my mistake. "

"It was great Akish was very nice and welcoming rooms were nice smelled good and the breakfast was great would come again."

"The hot tub was closed due to a child leaving feces in it. Very disappointed since I waited later in the day to use it to avoid children and found out at the time they were not being properly supervised. In the third floor laundry room there was a water basin that had constant dripping water and there was poop in it. The food and cocktails were fair to average. The service staff was about the best you could hope for. The room was fine, clean & very roomy. The table & chairs in the lounge/bar area need replacing. Chairs very wobbly & tables underneath are falling apart. Although my stay was fair, I would consider booking again. "

"The facility was under construction and there was no breakfast availbale nor were accommodations made. The price of the hotel stay increaded 40% from my prior booking. I will not stay there again."

"This Property is Tired. I decided to stay here since I flew into Bradley International and most of my business was between Sturbridge and Auburn. I usually stay closer to Worcester. I promise I’m not a hotel snob especially when traveling alone. Staff was nice enough for what they had to work with. They were pleasant and helpful. The hotel just reads old and not maintained. As I said, tired. Not its fault. The room was clean but again, felt old right down to the white towels that were old, worn and gray. Shower wasn’t draining and I was wading by the time I was done. I didn’t hate it but I don’t think that’s the bar we are trying to hit. At least it was convenient. "
