「La vdd es que es un hotel bastante tranquilo, con plan de realmente echar flojera y relajarte.
El 85% de clientes son americanos y 10% extranjero y 5% mexicano. Así que es difícil el socialismo si no dominas el idioma
La comida es regular, solo tengo que felicitar al restaurante "Adelita" que está muy muy rico, fue lo más rico que comí ahí en 4 días

「Customer service extremely rigid and unhelpful- zero accommodation- my son was sick and they would not allow me to simply take some toast from the buffet for him-said I had to use room service and when I asked for simple toast and a banana they said they could not bring that-only order off the menu

「We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!」

「Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.」

「What a beautiful property. Perfect location on the beach. I loved the boho vibe, being able to walk straight out from my room onto my porch and enjoy both jungle and beach. The staff were amazing, massages sublime, location - you need a bike (which I hired) or download InDrive for taxi service. Breakfast was simple and the food at lunch/dinner was varied and freshly cooked. Highly recommend.」
