“The property was exactly as presented when I was looking for a Lake vacation home.Home is full of character, Clean, right on the water with everything you needed right there. We enjoyed the fishing and kayaking so much along with just sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the water watching the wildlife swim and fly by daily . Even the " Lake House Pet" had a relaxing vacation "cute touch". Shane was on the spot responsive with any question...Definitely had no needs or issues staying……

“Kitchen sink area was quite dirty. It was also advertised to have two full bathrooms. The master bath toilet had a note on it to not defecate in it or it might clog. I asked the owner how close was the electric to the dock for my boat, he told me 20 feet. It was about 100 feet from where the boat is docked and I had to go get another extension cord to be able to reach. The pictures of the laundry room where the washer and dryer was is deceiving because it was a shed at the opposite end of the……

“A very nice property with all of the amenities one would want - Keurig with coffee, nice washer and dryer, detergent, big bathrooms, lots of nice towels, very open with big windows and great for families! Quiet neighborhood away from 485 hearing only the sound of birds in the tree lined neighborhood. Conveniently located to Ballantyne and Pineville and easy drive to Indian Land on Lancaster Hwy and 521. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. We were very thankful……
