“Property was nice trash left on the dock and back deck toilets not flushed prior to check in ”

“The host was very responsive however the house was less than expected. Very nice curb appeal from the front but lacking in furnishings. Listing states it sleeps 8 which it did but the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were worse. The living room had one sofa with three cushions and if more seating was wanted you had to pull bar stools in from the kitchen. The majority of the home does not have lights in ceiling so lamps are used most are without shades. The patio had a bbq grill however……

“Decent place but lots of rules/postings all over the place.Stocked with lots of helpful supplies, but missing some basic essentials, like enough coffee cups.Several outdoor activities were dirty or broken or unusable.”

“This location was close to downtown Waxhaw and was prefect for visiting family in Waxhaw over Thanksgiving weekend. It had a huge enclosed back yard, which the kids took full advantage off. It also had a firepit to do bonfire, although we didn't use it. ”

“The bungalow is truly cute and cheerful! We loved the fact that everything was very thoughtfully laid out. Everything in the kitchen was an excellent working order. It was cold during our stay in Fort Mill, but the heat was really comfortable and there was plenty of hot water when we needed it. A couple of mornings there were deer outside along with bunny rabbits rabbits and plenty of squirrels. It was nice and quite very relaxing. Recommend highly. It is an older neighborhood and it appears……

“This our second time staying here. It is a great house with a wonderful outdoor space. Our host was extremely responsive to all of our questions. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.”
