"My opinion is jaundiced by the fact I texted the hotel in advance (did not get a reply) then when I arrived they acknowledged the message was received but I didn’t really need to change rooms. ( I was given a special needs room and had rolled them it was not what I wanted. There werenn no other rooms available but my request was not accommodated.
The AC unit in the room had an annoying rattle and did not cool the room well. There was a sour smell I present in the room. Last time I will stay at Tru."
"Room was clean, shower had mold.There was food in the fridge from another customer. I didn’t get the room I paid for, a king, I got 2 queens. We made it work. "
"The check in agent did not follow through with late check in - luckily after several phone calls the manager met us there and checked us in. The manager was the only good thing about this stay. We used to stay at StayAPT all the time and it was clean and the front desk was always responsive and helpful. After we finally got checked in, the odor in the room was awful but it was after 10:00 - the windows to the bedroom were open, the stains on the furniture were gross and covered the couch and chair. We had to cover the couch with a sheet to just sit on it. The dishes in the dishwasher not clean (the dishwasher had not been run). There was no shower curtain on the shower. The bedroom floor had not been vacuumed - there were spoons and food on the floor. If any other rooms in this place are like this one was- I cannot imagine this place stays open much longer. "
"Second stay at this hotel - halfway point on trip from Ohio to Florida and back. Clean and pet friendly with helpful staff. Good breakfast selection for grab and go or sit down. Fresh fruit, bagels, cereal, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Loved the juice made of veggies!"
