“Due to significantly delayed flights, I arrived at the hotel at 3:15am. The front desk attendant had a seriously bad attitude, treated me like an inconvenience, and told me I'd have to wait 20 minutes before she could check me in. I was exhausted from a full day in three airports and two flights, but posted up on a couch in the cafe area by the front desk and waited patiently. I kept an eye on the clock, and lo and behold, precisely 20 minutes later, she called me over to the desk and said I……

“Definitely call before booking here! When I arrived, there were fans blowing everywhere from a recent water leak, and electrical wiring hanging out of everywhere. Truly everywhere. My backpack got caught in some in the hallway walking to my room. My room had wires hanging out everywhere and construction dust all over the floor. There was nothing online indicating that the hotel was in this condition or discount offered. I was going to suck it up and do my work for the evening, when extremely……

“The hotel is beautiful and has a fun vibe. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed when we arrived at 8pm on Sunday. We were only staying that night, so I was a bit disappointed. The restaurant was delicious, however a bit confusing on where to order. They need to be more organized for valet parking. Overall, I would stay again simply because the staff is so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Great location.”

“Room was for a great price. However, couch, desk, and bathroom had a layer of dirt on it. It looked as if it were quickly wiped but not truly cleaned. One of the two elevators were broken so with the high volume of people that were staying there this weekend, it was quite annoying and time consuming to get to the 7th floor. The entrance of the building is very odd, it seems like it is the back of the building. The staff were nice and helpful but the building honestly needs to be knocked down.……
