Es terrible que llegues a hospedarte y no haya nadie y nadie te conteste!! Además de que llovía muy fuerte, la reservación nunca se hizo y a mí sí me avisaron que estaba hecha!! Podrían avisar por correo o mensaje!! En esta muy mala experiencia

Me pareció un lugar bonito pero algo descuidado en su mantenimiento. Otro detalle fue que dos veces me intentó morder un perro dentro de la propiedad.

The hotel is far away from cafes, attractions, the mall. 2 or 3 taxi trips every day.I stayed for 2 nights and they did not clean my room and did not make the bed. Breakfast was instant coffee and a cookie.None of the staff spoke English but that's okay--it is Mexico.

Quiet hotel with cabanas in garden setting and a pool, on the north side of Chetumal. An enjoyable stay. Pool was nice, as was sitting in the garden --- and welcoming staff. Car recommended.

Muy mala atención, el empleado de recepción muy grosero y mal encarado... ademas no me respeto el precio de la habitación y me cobro 200 pesos mas... las instalaciones algo descuidadas, moho en las paredes del baño, bichos... No regreso

Encantador

El lugar perfecto para descansar rodeado de naturaleza. Las habitaciones amplias y lindas, las camas bien, el baño limpio y con agua caliente, el jabon y shampoo no me gusto es bastante malo, la alberca perfecta, te dan café o the de cortesía, está un poco retirado eso desde que llegas y entras tanto el personal como las instalaciones muy bien Regresaré pronto

Hotel sencillo cómodo, las habitaciones sus sábanas no son muy buenas realmente, la TV es muy vieja, el clima igual, pero es algo únicamente para descansar un rato y estar afuera todo el día, en relación calidad y precio yo creo que es aceptable

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas. Cuentan con aire acondicionado, ventilador. Hay un área de descanso con hamacas y piscina. Además desayunador. Te dan café, té, agua. Y puedes pedir comida y hacer uso de las instalaciones para desayunar o comer. El personal súper amable.

It was a pretty good experience. It is surrounded. Y vegetation so, it is impossible to ask for no insects or mosquitoes. But it was a pretty good place to stay.
