「My Family and I all enjoyed Villa Iris immensely!!The best location for seeing everything in Tuscany. Accommodation for our family was very good. Our children loved playing in the yard and everyone really enjoyed the pool. The owners just couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent staff, very helpful. 「入住的第一印象就很好，櫃檯英文解說速度會刻意放慢讓我們聽懂而不是想草草了事，且有帶我們暸解完整環境設施以及客房位置，停車可停在房間前面(看房型)。周邊環境清幽，風景很好，距離San Gimignano, The Mall和Firenze都不遠。飯店本身有很多TOUR可以預訂，可以先上官網看看有沒有想嘗試的。我們有一晚在飯店用餐，服務生態度很好，餐點美味！沒有缺點，不過要注意入住時間，櫃檯不是24小時的」

「Our stay at Castello di Fonterutoli Wine Resort was full of charm and relaxation. 「We booked a room with one queen bed and two twin beds to fit in two adults and two kids through hotels.com. But when we checked in, the hotel gave us a room with only one queen bed. We showed them the hotel confirmation letter. Their attitude was very bad. Theyl gave us one more room but with strong sewer smell, and not for free. They said that is the only solution they could provide us. After we argued for a while, they showed us another room, which is smaller and cheaper, but still with...

We both got amazing massages from Natalie, the staff helped me figure out how to get to Rome after, the rooms were GORGEOUS, the pool was spectacular and got great poolside drinks, and the food/wine was the best!!! Stay here for a romantic and relaxing getaway surrounded by Tuscany’s beautiful rolling hills and vineyards. Would definitely come back!」
