My stay included accommodation at two Cloud 9 properties, the check in process was cumbersome but the units were spectacular and very clean.

The checkin process was horrible. The AC in the apartment was broken and we had to have the building maintanance onsite to fix it delaying our evening and our dinner reservation. I would not stay there or recommend this apartment.
