Excellent customer service and the resturant staff was awesome as well. Very pleased with the room attendant and the over all staff I had the pleasure of meeting. I will definitely stay at the hotel again.

Solo female traveler. Came to town for a metal show. Hotel was four blocks from the venue. Area felt safe and friendly enough to walk back to the hotel by myself after midnight. The room had a lovely view, also very quiet and well maintained. 10/10 would stay again

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Hotel staff were super friendly. The layout of the hotel was awesome with connection to the parking garage and close proximity to places we were visiting.

This is such a beautiful hotel. We had a king bed with lake view and we stayed on 7/4 so the fireworks were beautiful on the lake. Super comfy bed and the best pillows ever!

The views from the room were spectacular. Very convenient location and easy to find. You have to pay separately for parking. I think hotels should always offer free parking for their guests so that is a surprise.

This was a wonderful hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. It was close enough to Soldier Field that we could easily walk there for a concert.
