"Didn’t follow requests for lower floor/ well lit area and late check out. No ice bucket in the room. Floor was filthy, ceilings were gross, just unclean. Sketchy area too. Next time I’ll pay more for a nicer hotel nearby. "

"One bath towel smelled like BO and the other smelled like a swimming pool. The shower leaked all over the floor. There's a big gap in the door so you hear everyone in the hallway and the elevator dinging all night and morning. This seems more like a 2 star hotel"

"The property is very nice and in a great location. We felt very comfortable and safe, and had all the room we needed for our family. There is ample parking (we had 3 vehicles), and the backyard is nice enough for relaxing and enjoying outdoors. The pool was not clean, due to a large nearby pine tree, and the skimmer basket was full of pine needles as well as on the surface. We did scoop out the skimmer basket and ran the filter so we could use the pool. The landscaping is done on Tuesdays, so be aware if using the yard, and know there are about 4 cameras the we saw outside.The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had."

"My new favorite place to stay! Top-tier service, atmosphere, aesthetic, and an amazing gym with wet and dry sauna. The second you walk in you will be mesmerized and enchanted by this place! Rancher’s daughter restaurant is also amazing. The food is great and the prices are fabulous.!"

"This was a nice place to stay . I stayed for three nights and did not have a problem. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was ok, eggs were fresh but a little too watery for my taste. Hotel is close to downtown Chico . The parking lot was big and it felt safe. I did not venture to walk because there was no sidewalk to the north on main highway. Overall my experience was good/ok and would stay here again if I ever travel back through that area. You get a free cookie at check-in desk. "
