Janet is the backbone of this company and helps you out with everything from breakfast to rooms to accommodations and the owner. Sam Ray could not have been a better guy making sure we had absolutely everything we needed throughout our entire stay I would highly recommend that this establishment my daughter and I loved it”

“flights/american airlines cancelled multiple times free 8 hours of rescheduled flts we found out at 7pm we had to book an overnight accommodation. most hotels already booked somehow i found this ABSOLUTE GEM of a hotel 10 out of 10 we stayed in the UPPER VILLA-the view in the morning of the harbor was breathtaking the accommodations were beyond expectations with soaring ceiling heights and a full balcony. fully furnished 1200 sq ft apt with lovely accents and lovely decor-open/airy/spacious do……

“We enjoyed our stay at Island view guesthouse. The hotel staff was awesome: very personable and sweet, always there if you need anything. The views were breathtaking! Our room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. We also liked the restaurant and the bar concept. Highly recommend! ”
