"This is the second time that I am staying at Jam Hotel. It's very modern and well designed. It's in the heart of Lisbon and close to many restaurants and shopping area. It's also very close to train station where you can go to the near cities like Caiscas. I highly recommend the hotel for both short and long stays. "

"Lovely hotel. Well- located between Chicago and Principe Real, and above Rossio and Av Liberdades. Service was impeccable. Every request was taken care of promptly, housekeeping was responsive to time schedules and personal needs of distant travelers, front desk was very friendly and helpful. Loved it."

"On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and invited to partake in their complimentary snacks and drinks at reception. We were very luckily upgraded to a better room. The porter showed us up to our room and explained everything the politely departed. The room was spotless comfortable and well set up with a spa type bath/shower and a fantastic set of toiletries/amenities waiting for us. There were complimentary fruit and a free mini bar in the room. For breakfast the options, quality of food and service were nothing short of excellent. We were able to take part in the free walking tour of Lisbon provided by the hotel which was very good. They also made a restaurant recommendation that was fabulous. All in all one of our best hotel stays. Would recommend 100%"
