"Not complaining but the mirrors in the bathroom in front of the sinks I think were placed for people under 5ft. I’m 5ft 6 and could not even see my neck. My wife (5ft) thought they were perfect! appreciate we were on top floor and space limit. But otherwise perfect."

"A warm welcome on arrival. Our accommodation was surprisingly larger than I thought with a 6 ft bed, ensuite and sitting room. Patio doors to a private patio area with table and chairs. Very peaceful and relaxing. Large grounds with swimming pool and jacuzzi. Parking. A good breakfast laid up in an elegant dining room. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Our room was setup nicely. The staff was very helpful especially the bar staff Tom O went above and beyond. The spa was amazing and Sam was very professional and great with her skillful massage techniques. Loved the location, the river view and the hotel."

"We enjoyed a wonderful four days at this property. It's a proper home with real soul. Lovely artwork on the walls and everything you could possibly need. Looks better in real life than in the photo's. The location was superb. Great to soak everything in from one of the balconies and just a short stroll to the beach for early morning swims. We parked the car and didn't use it again until we left. We walked into Christchurch one day, got the ferry across to Hengistbury Head for a big coastal walk and also walked along the beach to Highcliffe Castle another day. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Amber was great and we'll definitely be back for another visit!"
