" I would recommend this hotel, but there are a few areas where improvement is needed. The standout feature is definitely the location—it's hard to beat. The views from a beachfront room are stunning, and the rooftop is truly spectacular. The evening cocktails and snacks were a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. That said, the rooms are quite outdated, with older furniture that could use refreshing. The walls are also very thin, which made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. While the bathrooms were clean, they are also dated and there was a noticeable sewage smell at times, which detracted from the overall comfort. With some updates and attention to these issues, this hotel could offer an even better experience."

"This little gem was exceptional. We LOVED our stay. It is beautiful, elegant and incredibly bespoke with the most fabulous art and ceramics. The staff was truly amazing and the cherry on top was a visit to Pascal’s pottery shop. We will definitely return!"

Even in the hours before our departure, when we were quietly dealing with the loss of our beloved dog, the kindness and care around us meant more than we could fully express. "Staff was wonderful and the apartment, hotel, and beach club was incredible. WAAY better than the chaos of the towns (although we loved Minori, it was quieter and the best!). Free breakfast was great but the dinner restaurant felt a bit overpriced and the food was just average)"

"Both nights we stay there we had no Wi-Fi our room doesn’t have signal for Wi-Fi. We could get it throughout the rest of the property. Besides, thatStaff was amazing. Breakfast was amazing. My location of the property is amazing as well. It’s close to everything."

"We LOVED the bountiful breakfast buffet, fresh-cooked omelets, etc in the sunny breakfast room or terrace. The front desk staff and all the staff were very nice, helpful. The rooftop pool has very nice views. Our double room was nothing special, but was very clean and smartly decorated. It was small with a window overlooking the beach. Had a mini fridge that was so stocked with minibar items there was little room for our drinks. No coffee maker or hot water kettle for early coffee drinkers. Lots of “complimentary” things in the room. The entrance is directly onto the busy road with very minimal shoulders."

"The hotel stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast offered a fresh and varied selection, which was a great start to each day. The mattress was firm and comfortable, while the pillows were soft, making for a good night’s sleep. The staff were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay especially Nataly and Francesca and the other two lovely ladies at the breakfast room( sorry I didn’t catch their names). The location was quiet and conveniently just a few steps away from the bus stop. We stayed in a newly renovated room, which was modern with a spectacular view of the sea. I would definitely come back and stay in Hotel Graal."
