墨尔本教堂街购物中心附近酒店

“Was in an excellent location - supermarkets and cafes nearby. Clean with massive and comfy bed”

“There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.”

“Overall is good and clean I”

“Staff is super nice and helpful Location is just few minutes walk to restaurant, supermarket and public transport ”

“We always stay at The Motley when visiting Melbourne CBD for the night. Fantastic location, excellent facilities and great staff. We will be back”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point. I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic. The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken. To make matters worse,……

“提供早餐，每天有微小變化。也有中式白粥、蒸餃、燒賣。健身房有飲水機，方便水壺裝水外出飲用。”

“it is a very special living experience which is like a co-working place and meanwhile front counter's service is friendly, hotel staying is cozy.”

“good”

“nice room pls, well-detailed, functional and comfortable. convenient power outlets well-placed…In GR the Lighting controls could be more clearly identified and operated… The be is great but the pillow are terrible, too hard and too big… location is great. Bathroom and Shower design are good, BUT, shower head holder needs adjustment to stay in place…. Space for luggage is great - luggage bench, hanging and drawers all good. Overall decor fresh and contemporary! Well come back! JHM”

“house keeping was not satisfactory”

“Besides poor sound insulation,Everything is just great, If you can stand on some noise from next door, Melbourne city Grand Hyatt is never wrong.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and for car parking. The room was smaller than it appears in the photo and it was a little deceiving to be listed as a “1 bedroom apartment” when it is actually a single space that divided by pulling a bifold door across. The bathroom and kitchen amenities were very good and a great inclusion to cook within the room. Bed was very comfortable. Location for MCG or Melbourne Park/Rod Laver Arena events is very good.”

“Very comfortable mattress!! ”

“乾淨舒適”
