Lovely space

The space suited us to a T - we were in town for my mom's 95th birthday celebration, and this spot was a 5 minute drive from her condo. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but found it well-laid out and very comfortable for our family.

Amazing Home

We were in town for my son’s bowling tournament and this home gave us everything we needed and MORE! The home is beautiful and very clean. They provided us with everything we needed for our short stay which was great. I highly recommend!

Nicely Appointed Get Away

The remodel and interior design are very well done. My family of four enjoyed hanging out in the back yard catching up in the evenings as we were there to visit our son for Xavier Family Weekend. It was a perfect place for us with plenty of room and location very close to campus. Would definitely recommend staying at this place.

Nice roomy house, more than appeared. Location seemed slightly sketchy at 1st but turned out to be nice quiet neighborhood. Needs coat rack downstairs, but otherwise Excellent stay. Wished for snow but can't control the weather.

I had an amazing stay at this home! The home was incredibly clean, spacious, and located in a quiet area, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Girls Trip Weekend

We were looking for a lovely place for a group of 5 and hit the jackpot with this house. The kitchen is phenomenal and well-stocked (with utensils, cookware, dishes). The dining area was great. We were able to play games there. The space was configured in a way that we could be together when we wanted to and have some private space as well. The living room could be a bit small depending on your group size, but it worked for us. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for our group. Everything was very clean.

Great value in Cinci

Property has lots of character. Very nice kitchen and most of the furniture. Fun hardwood floors and interior brickwork. Bricks in disrepair both inside and outside. Small pieces of mortar found on floor. Neighborhood was somewhat questionable. One bed should be replaced. Plenty of space. Good location. 10 to 15 minutes to downtown. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Better pictures than reality

It photographs well, but it’s not well maintained. Lots of small issues, towel bar ripping out of wall, garbage can lid that doesn’t work, dishwasher racks that don’t slide. One and alone each issue isn’t a big deal but every step of the way there’s something that’s slightly off. Furniture wasn’t very clean, rugs either. Some parts were well done but overall felt like a fast flip that hasn’t been walked through by the owners in years. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, we didn’t leave the property except by car, and even that after dark was uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay again, but maybe for a pair of couples would be better. Cool layout with the 3 floors. Communication with the host was abysmal, seemed like it wasn’t a live human. Lots of form letters, initially telling me to go to a link and sign something, didn’t do that, seemed sketchy. Then canned form responses, multiple times contradicting themselves. Had to pay for a late checkout, just not a warm experience. Definitely a hands off minimal expense for maximum ROI property for someone.
