The place was beautiful and perfect for 2 couples. Transportation was easy access and plenty of parking although the paying for parking was a problem adding time but it's not related to the property.

Great modern home with a beautiful deck. Two couples came for the Bengal game nice both bedrooms has their own bathroom. All appliances were new and very nice. Stocked with plenty if towels and extra sheets. Beds were very comfortable. Location Location Location was perfect walk out front door right at Findlay Market we sure ate good for our stay. The trolley is literally 1 minute walk hopped on several times a day and took us to stadium for game. The trolley is free and never wait long at the stops. Already looking forward to our next stay.

Fun family weekend

In town for family weekend at UC. We loved this property - location close to great food and the street car. 5 min drive to campus. Plenty of space and comfy beds. Hope to stay here again next time!

Overall great stay

Great space in an up and coming area-easy to get around. Several great restaurants within walking distance. I would research the parking situation a bit - we found it convenient to park in a city parking lot that was on the other side of the market As we had children with us so we didn’t really wanna walk too far to a parking lot. We were out and about most of the day so the 20 Or so dollars a night to park less than a block away was convenient for us.

Great location for exploring OTR. Parking was an issue and you must pay $24 to park in the lot closest to the apartment. That is part of staying downtown.
