Pleasant and a little TLC and soap and water would of made better experience.

A little soap and water would of helped. The top of the refrigerator had an inch of dust/dirt, kitchen garbage can was dirty, broom and dustpan laying in the yard next to the garbage and recycle bin with weeds partial growing. The kitchen draws lacked pulls to open the draws.
