"It was definitely clean me and my husband enjoyed that. We love the breakfast. It was excellent more than just bagels. Eggs and sausage wow potatoes wow of course your regular cereal, bananas that kind of thing but they went all out. Love it."

"The property was exactly as described in the listing and clean. The place was spacious and not overly decorated- tasteful. Thoughtful touches throughout the house - charging stations on the nightstands,  computer monitors in the garage office, and nicely scented plug-in air fresheners. Unlike other vacation home we've stayed,  there were basic spices (more than just salt and pepper) and cling wrap for leftovers. Lots of storage and a large laundry room with a sink and folding table! Had no problem with the low bed but I did get back pain from the mattress. The furniture in the living room were very comfortable. Wifi worked great. Loved the huge yard. Just be careful with the burrs in the grass for little paws. Nights were beautiful with the stars clear and the moon brought. There are cameras at the front entrance (e.g., Ring doorbell) and garage, as expected,  but also in the backyard facing the exits. Checkout requirements were as listed and no new house rules after you pay like some rentals. I was asked to take out the trash bin if I could but not to worry because the host would come by to take it out. When I next checked, the trash bin was returned to its location. The recycle and trash bins were easily accessible and clean. Enjoyed our stay here. Lots to rave about.  Would return if there's availability and try out the garage office (it has a portable window a/c) so my dog can explore the backyard while I worked. "

"Our stay here was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, Luey and her husband made us feel completely at home. They are the kindest, most welcoming hosts we’ve ever met, and their beautiful inn is truly a gem. The house is spotless, peaceful, and surrounded by gorgeous gardens—it felt like an oasis. We slept better than we have in ages, completely recharged, and woke up to the most delicious breakfast we’ve ever had, personally prepared by Luey herself. Everything was so thoughtful and full of charm. Honestly, this is the best place we’ve ever stayed, and we left wishing we could stay forever. Our personal recommendation—book at least three nights to truly soak in the beauty, charm, and atmosphere. If you’re in Austin, staying here is an absolute must—it’s an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime!"

"Spent 5 days over the 4th of July holiday with multigenerational family members visiting . daughter’s family that live in Austin and we needed space for 13 total . This home did not disappoint! Everyone had plenty of space with all the comfy bedrooms. Enjoyed having multiple shared spaces as well, including video games and pool table. We spent several hours in the incredible pool and hot tub as well as as we could in between rain storms that week. Also, we could see the local fireworks right from that street! It was also great to have a large kitchen space to make meals for all of us because we did not want to eat out all the time on this trip. We would definitely seek out the space again when visiting the area. Thank you for allowing us to make some family memories in your lovely home!"

"The place was as advertised. Plenty of room and close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Stayed for family sitution, but would come back for a true vacation. Very pleased with the stay. Host was readily available whenever I needed anything."
