“This is a well supplied, comfortable condo in East walking distance to the heart of downtown Moab. The hosts had thoughtful provisions with some food items, plenty of towels, extra blankets, and a well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the off road parking and found the condo near and clean on arrival. We would highly recommend this accommodation.”

“The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great as well, as it is close to the center of town. Easy check in and great communication from the host. Would recommend to others!”

“Second time to Moab, and we love being in walking distance to town. The place is clean, bright, modern, and safe. Our son who is 4.5 years old love the vacation home, he had a lot of space to run around. There is a grocery store a half block away which made making breakfast and grabbing sandwiches super convenient. Great dining in a block radius. We love the sushi place. This is a very comfy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit we had on the ground floor. I can see our family coming back to this spot in……

“We walked to the grocery store and to get ice cream after dinner. This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We ate meals on the lovely balcony. Arches and Canyonlands are just short drives away. We especially liked our maintenance man who ran up 3 flights to fix the ice maker and hang the propane tank so it did not read empty on the grill. For the owner -- we did have some suggestions 1. The back bedroom bedside light has no on/off switch and had to be plugged in for……

“We stayed 3 nights....very comfortable, clean, roomy and close to wherever we wanted to go. Todd was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay. We visited Arches,Canyonlands, Dead Horse Park, did a Jeep tour up into Sand Flats park, and part of Grandstaff Canyon trail (wish we had more time to finish that trail!). Great time, crazy windy one day but the three of us enjoyed all of it. We would stay here again on our next visit!”

“A friend and I decided to explore the Moab area. This property was perfect. The TV and carpet could use upgrading. The coffee shop on the property was fabulous! And YES, the patio furniture could use a good cleaning but it is the dirt blowing time of the year! I would definitely recommend this property to friends!!”

“The property was in a nice location, south of town and away from the general crowds of Moab. Our unit was (unfortunately) very close to the hot tub. People staying at other condos were not respectful of the closing time (10 pm) of the pool and hot tub, nor respectful of a requested quiet time after 9 pm. 3 out of 5 nights had loud crowds, talking and playing music right outside our windows anywhere from midnight until 3 am. I did contact management, who responded quickly to my concerns, however……

“This property was even better than described. Every single bed was comfortable. The master bedroom/bath was incredible and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was like nothing we have experienced. The location and parking was perfect. We had a very long trailer with 3 sxs's on it and there was enough parking on the street to accommodate us.”
