「Our first time in a pod but we loved it. We stayed with our two young children, who were sad to leave! The pod was clean, cosy, had everything you need and on a quiet but secure site. We booked very last minute but had an easy check in with great communication from hoasts. Would come again x」

「Had a lovely stay, self check in was simple - detailed instructions were sent the day before. The apartment was immaculate. Furnished nicely with a well equipped kitchen. Fabulous location right in the centre yet out of the way enough to not be loud. Would recommend. 」

「This cottage was just perfect for us. Clean, tidy, cozy...all we could ask for! Great location...easy walk from cottage to the center of Grassington with it's shops, pubs, visitors center & sites...walk in the other direction & you are minutes away from walks on the Dales with scenic vistas & idyllic beauty. Host provided lots of info at cottage about walks and sites to see. We loved our time here. Highly recommend!」

「I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!」

「Good for family vacation」

「This is a lovely cottage in the middle of Grassington. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. The cottage is lovely, beds and sofas are comfortable. TV is excellent with an on demand selection. It was a bonus to have a secluded garden. Perfect for when the sun is out. It was clean (with the exception of a few cobwebs on the wall) and felt very homely. It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay and we would happily return.」

「This was our 2nd stay in Carr House. It’s a great home with fantastic outside space. We love Kirkby Lonsdale and visit at least once a year. We have stayed in many properties all of which have been lovely in their own way. Carr House is our favourite though. Great experience from communication with Clare and ease of check in and check out. We hope to return again! 」

"The internet connection is unstable. Other than that, it’s great place to stay. Friendly and competent staff. Clean room. Great bar. The hotel is within talking distance to the Lancaster train station (ca. 13-15 min) and local bus stops (ca. 5 min.)"
