“Staff were great. Hotel was clean and the accessible room was very accommodating. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. Was a good stay and would stay again . The hot tub was great but the pool was very cold was the only issue.”

“With the exception of one housekeeping person, who smiled and helped me figure out how to use the luggage transporter, the staff here were unsmiling, unwelcoming and unhelpful. Breakfast was disappointing. I will not stay here again.”

“Location is very good and walkable to lots of good restaurants. In my case the downtown hotels were very expensive so the guesthouse seemed like a good deal in comparison. As long as you have expectations in check (it's a kitschy if not sort of an odd property) then I think it's a very solid choice. We found it to be clean and the staff tried very hard. My son was a little taken aback by it and didn't love the boarded up / semi burned building next door... That said it seemed like a safe……
