“Just as described, cute little apartment, clean, well stocked, host answers messages quickly. Tons of stuff right next door in Passyunk square. A couple of blocks from the subway.”

“Apartment was amazingly spotless and cozy. It was perfect for my family and I. There was a small issue team was on it quickly to resolve issue. Can't wait to stay here again it was a dream for us.”

“Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them……

“Perfect location for a couple. The street noise could be loud at times as there is a restaurant/bar across the street, but a small price to pay for the convenience of shops and excellentrestaurants. We did not have a car as we were visiting family very nearby but parking can be challenging at peak hours. City Center is walkable but Ubers and public transportation are readily available. So many things to see in and around Philly, so at least spend a day walking to the city or around the area.The……

“Very nice one bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is convenient. The immediate surroundings are quite urban. Nice residential around it. Beware- though there is on street parking it is restricted and usually occupied by cars. Parking is hard to find nearby.”
