“Two reasons you should consider this hotel but many more reasons not to book!
Good things: the spa and restaurant staff are great, and the location is exceptional but they’re many other hotels next door.
Bad things:
- unfriendly receptionist: the receptionists were not attentive and friendly throughout my 3-day stay, especially the one who checked me in. I just looked at the other guest comments, it seems my bad experience was not unique to me.

“We stayed here for two nights, very good service, all the staffs here are very fariendly, the hotel loace in a very busy comercial street which is easy to get around, a lots of shops and restaurats nearby. “Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞”

“These little apartments are clean, bright and right next to the large citadel. The breakfast delivered every morning was a great variety and nice to enjoy in the privacy of your room. It is very quiet and walkable to everything. Parking is a public spot a few hundred yards away, but is reasonable, just expect to walk down streets with your luggage over rough cobblestone and pavement.”
