“Our room was nice and clean. I was surprised that housekeeping only comes every other day. I know many places will hold off on changing bedsheets or towels unless requested for environmental purposes, but it is nice to have the trash emptied and beds made daily. Just what we’ve been used to with other hotels. Otherwise everything was great. ”

“We were there for a dance compet At the Masonic temple. Lived our stay. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Would definitely stay again. Rooms clean. My granddaughter sleeps with a teddy bear and when we came back to the room after being out all day. Environmental service left her teddy bear all tucked in on her bed and made her day to come back to see this. Thank you ”

“Location was really cool because it was so near airport. Hotel offers a free shuttle at your convience. Also, if you are brave enough to ride the public RTA train..it is a direct shot downtown which ended up being awesome getting to anf from sporting event at progressive field for 5 bucks. Not fancy but clean enough and super convenient ”

“Walking distance to Rock Hall of Fame. Staff was very friendly, special to note Carl the shuttle driver who is the best. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Noise level at night is quite high from the nearby trains and airport.”
