“We were on our way to NE Arkansas for an Eclipse viewing. I had originally booked a chain hotel. And then I found this little slice of heaven. Who wants a chain hotel experience when this is the same price?? Everything was just perfect. All the details were appreciated! Highly recommend. Do need to be able to maneuver steps to the loft. I'm one week out from knee replacement and managed it.”

“Really enjoyed this loft! The decorations are fantastic, the bed was very comfortable. Access was easy, as was check in and check out, and the space was clean and well maintained. All appliances worked great. Just a couple things to keep in mind for this rental: The kitchen is beautiful, but very basic as far as utensils and cookware. “My teenage daughter and I stayed overnight here while we were in town visiting family. It was a perfect place for just the two of us. While we didn't use it much for more than just sleeping we very much enjoyed it. The decorations were nice and the bed was nice and soft. The loft overlooked the town square and since we stayed on a Saturday night it was nice and quiet Sunday morning. All in all this is somewhere I'd not hesitate to stay at if it was just me or me and my daughter or husband.”

“We stayed here for a race in downtown Springfield and it was super close. Also, this place was incredibly clean! I loved the old building vibes and the beds were very comfortable. It’s good to know that there isn’t any coffee or anything, so you’ll want to bring your own. Otherwise, perfect stay!”

“This is absolutely unacceptable. I had to go to the unit two times and I was not able to access the lockbox. I also explained to the representative when I called that I felt it was very unsafe conditions in the parking structure which was where the lockbox was. I did not feel safe at all with people that were hanging around the lockbox area. “I feel like part of the reason i didn't enjoy this stay is because i didn't read the details close enough. Overall, it was clean enough except for the couch cover which may have been clean but had hair and lint embedded in it. I put a blanket over before sitting but it was my blanket from my car because there is no extra bedding at the apartment. There also isnt any eating utensils. “This was a beautiful apartment that was in the perfect location in Springfield. We had a concert at the Gillioz Theatre that we were able to walk to. Parking is conveniently located around the corner for $5! You can't find that in hardly any larger city. Plenty of close restaurants. The bed was super comfortable. Host was extremely communicative.”

“First, the price for the stay was reasonable and we (almost) had enough beds for our group. The number of beds advertised vs the number listed in the confirmation vs the actual number of beds did not match up. We made it work, but it ended up being pretty awkward. “First step is finding the place. Even with the directions, finding the building was confusing as it was not visible from street or parking lot. Step 2- the temperature of the dwelling. It was cold and remained cold. I understand it is Spring time, but some days are unseasonably cooler. Unfortunately, the thermostat was either broke or the insulation of the place was absent. “It was decent for the location and it was clean. But it was in desperate need of more carpets and wall furnishings to help with the echo. Because it has only a tv, small couch, and table it feels like you’re in a concrete hole.”
