“It is a time share property not a resort.
It has very little amenities and does not offer day to day room cleaning. We had to take our own trash out order fresh towels and go to store to buy shower items. None of this was listed in the details.
The place is old and tired, it needs a fresh coat of everything.
Kids are un supervised in the pool area and you cannot relax.
If you are hoping for a refreshing time this is not the place it’s very expensive and not worth the money. The beach walk is……

“We really enjoyed our stay here, we did not want to leave. Everything was close, the room had a beautiful view, and it was very convenient. We will be back, but for longer! Staff was very nice.”

“Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy.……

“This place is gorgeous! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough 😭 We booked it for the night after visiting Kennedy space centre which was 20 minutes away, before moving on to Miami but I wish we had stayed another night or two. Didn’t check out the pool or other amenities but it all looked good.
The 3 bed premier condo was spacious for the four of us, so each of my teenage kids got their own room. Beds and pillows were comfy, and the shower was fabulous, all of which was welcome……
